Our new Orca Series Linear Motors features high performance, ultra-low latency, low TCO, and silent operation. These motors are inherently force controlled making them ideal for applications with human-machine interaction.

Our all-in-one approach means every motor includes efficient integrated four phase drivers, power delivery, logic, and sensing. There is no requirement to buy a separate controller.

Orca Series Linear Motors come in two different sizes, the Orca-6 and Orca-15 which feature a 6″ (15cm) and 15″ (38cm) long stator respectively.

All Orca Series Linear Motors can accept a wide range of input voltages but the Orca-6 comes in two variants which optimise performance at either 24V or 48V. The Orca-15 is optimised for 48V.

Our motors all include integrated power delivery, four phase motor drivers, logic, and a suite of sensors The benefit of this approach is two-fold:

Firstly, all components are calibrated at the time of manufacturing which increases performance and simplifies integration into your existing infrastructure.

Secondly, removing the need to install several separate components and ensure they are all configured to interact with each other correctly dramatically reduces installation overhead.

Integrated sensing includes force, position, and temperature.
